tilting vessel, exterior cladding and counter balanced hinged cover are made in AISI 304 18/10 quality stainless steel. The units are supported on adjustable feet

Gas Models:

Heated by four stainless steel tube burners, through a combustion chamber. Where gas flow is controlled by a thermostatic gas valve (temperature range 100° to 290°C). Main burners lighted by a pilot complete with safety flame failure device and piezoelectric ignition.

Electric Model:

Heated by means of armoured stainless steel element, in direct contact with the underside of the thermal diffusion base. Temperature (45° to 295°C) is controlled by a thermostat.
