• The tanks are made of AISI 316 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm, are shaped to contain GN baskets and equipped with a large overflow are to drain the foam.
• In the electric versions the heating elements are located outside the tank for easy cleaning.
• Filling water takes place through a tap.
