General Specification

• Are designed to grill meat, fish, vegetables, eggs and cheese.
• Versions with smooth or ribbed steel plate or smooth polished hardened chrome.
• The grills are equipped with an additional overheating safety thermostat; the heat is transmitted only in the zones where the food is in contact with, limiting the dispersion of heat radiation towards the cook and making the grill easy to clean after use.
• The grill is heated with electric heating elements under the plate.
