Boiling pan Manufacture:

Well and cabinet in Stainless Steel 18/10 AISI 304, brass outlet with chromed steel tap. Steel lid with normal or autoclave cover fitted with 0.5 bar safety valve and silicon gasket and screw down, clamps which guarantee hermetic steel with adjustable hinged movement, hot and cold water tap.

Direct gas heating:

With high capacity steel burners complete with safety valve and piezoelectric ignition. Insulated combustion chamber.

Indirect gas heating:

As direct gas heating, the container is formed by a double stainless steel wall 18/10 AISI 304, pressure control by a safety valve.

Electric Heating, Indirect only:

By sheathed elements inside the hollow space, controlled by a switch and a thermostat.
