General Specification

Elfahd Gas Ranges are produced as a sole top for cantilever applications or in a wide range of floor standing combinations, open storage, ambient or electric heated cupboards, gas or electric ovens. Exterior cladding and top in AISI 304 18/10 quality stainless steel tops have rounded front edges.

Gas tops:

fitted with high powered burners under enameled heavy cast iron pan supports. Burners are in cast iron complete with electric ignition and safety flame failure device. The (electric) ignition system ensures instant lighting .

Gas ovens:

GN 2/1 sized, are constructed in stainless steel and fitted with a two section heavy cast iron base plate. Tray slides are also in stainless steel and can be easily removed to facilitate cleaning. Burners are in stainless steel, controlled by a thermostatic flame failure valve with electric ignition.

Electric Ovens:

Have the same construction and the features as gas version except the base plate , which is in stainless steel . heating is by means of armored elements fitted to the base and top of the chamber. Temperature (adjustable between 80° and 310°C. ) is controlled by a thermostat connect to a selector switch and the oven is fitted with a high limit safety thermostat too.
