In 1976 the production of the CHEF vegetable chopper, with its wide variety of disks, began and in 1983 the CHEF PIZZA mozzarella cheese chopper was introduced, these patented devices, which are well known on the market, have allowed C.ELME to became one of the leaders in the sector of professional appliances for hotel, catering and institutional use.
